Client Performance Dashboard
A unified dashboard that pulls and aggregates KPIs from hundreds of separate GoHighLevel (GHL) client accounts, giving the team a single place to track performance across all programs.
The Challenge
With each client in their own GHL account, the team had zero visibility into performance metrics like new leads, booked calls, and closed deals. Reporting depended on clients sharing updates.
The Solution
We built backend workflows to extract and standardize data from each GHL account, modeled a central database, and created an app with dashboards and filters to monitor client performance in real time.
